In a fight, Samus would definitely win because of her armor and infinite arsenal. Joanna would come in second, but Jill wouldn't last very long because she's too slow and probably doesn't have any ammo left. As far as looks go...I can't say much for Samus or Joanna, since both of their appearances changed so drastically from game-to-game. In other M, Samus looks amazing both in the concept art, and her in-game appearance. http://www.gamefilia.com/files/imce/u409360/SamusAran19.jpg I never much liked the way she looked in Metroid Prime 3/SSBB Joanna changed from PD to PDZero, but not nearly as drastically as Samus has. I personally liked her appearance in PDZero best. Jill is...just Jill. Nothing special to me. I've always liked Rebecca Chambers best out of the RE series. So, as far as "hottest" goes, I'm going to have to say Samus, in Other M.

Umm if my eyes don't deceive me, you may want to jerk that image because the real lady on the left is showing a little bit too much boob, as in some 'pink' bits that tend to kinda hide within a small bikini is peeking a bit on the (camera) left side.
