Topic: Reasons why you hate Sonic?

OCs sounds like a 9-12 year old term (Certainly not one I have ever heard of).

it is. My little brother uses this, along with several other terms that are really silly. (OC stands for "Original Character"). I think it's really stupid, and every time I see someone refer to the 6th grade grammar, it's funny to me.

It's not. It's a term that anyone who submits or appreciates art on the internet is very familiar with, regardless of age. Acronyms aren't silly for existing, unless you think NASA and CERN are also silly.

Sonic since Genesis has been irrelevant at best, terrible at worst. Too bad it sells well enough that it doesn't matter how crappy their games are.

I don't think I made myself %100 percent clear, sorry. I just think it's funny when the younger kids (my brother included) sent in flipnotes to hatena (the good old times), starring their own OCs, which were usually just stick figures with a couple generic features, ironically (then they'd get really mad when someone drew and used the same thing without permission, lol). Not trying to poke fun at the actual uses of the words because I know their place and importance, tried to point out that it's funny when little kids use it for their own little needs.

Why would anyone hate sanic?

Sonic The Hedgehog. I really enjoy this franchise because it's the only franchise where I can platform in super fast speeds and with enjoyable music too which was done right in Sonic rush, advance, Generations, Colors, adv 1 and 2(sonic and shadow stages), Unleashed, and Heroes. Of course the classics are freakin' fun btw. I think the reason why so many people hate on the franchise is because of 06 ,Shadow's game, and the annoying Sonic hate from Youtube and also from many other sources that just spread the f*kin hate. What bothers me about this franchise is that Sonic Team still hasn't done justice to the other Sonic characters, game play and story wise, all what they're doing is just make Sonic beat Eggman with new game play formula and that's it. Sonic Lost World's story is the worst story in a game that I've ever seen. The gameplay was ok but a bit boring. I just wish Sonic Team can stick to using the hedgehog engine for future Sonic games and also bring back Blaze, Knuckles, Tails, Shadow, Silver, and the Chaotix and just give them awesome gameplay that will suit them well like make Knuckles fight and platform on stages on his own, give the hedgehog engine to Shadow, Blaze, and Silver, make an open world, bring back Silver Sonic, more Crush 40 songs etc. The possibilities are endless! But Sonic Team is still reinventing Sonic's gameplay and giving us more Baldy mc.Bald nose jokes from Roger's ear raping voice. -__- But alas, the good thing is that Sonic Team has been making the next Sonic since last year and will be muilti platform and lets not forget how successful the last multi Sonic was(Sonic Generations) so maybe they will continue using the Generations formula I don't know but I'm very curious to see how it will turn out. Hopefully it's awesome but if not then there is always the Sonic Comics, now those do Sonic some good justice in story quality. If only they can work on the Sonic game's stories and Sonic Team can only work on the gameplay and not do sh*t on the story would be epic!

They're using Sonic Dash gameplay in Sonic Boom.

Maybe because poor Sonic games are of a higher priority to Sega than a decent proportion of their classic franchises which would be much easier to make a decent modern game out of.

True but I wonder how its game play will feel like? Will it be good, bad, awesome, crappy, we will just have to wait and see until its release.

For #2, Sonic Colors and Sonic Generations did get the boost on reviews, After that then it fell down hill.

For #3, Since when Sega showed Amy's panties?

For #5, At least Sega doesn't Sonic as much Capcom does to Megaman.

Because it revived in June and the necromancy rule was introduced in August so punishing someone for a wrongdoing committed before the rule was created would be considered ex post facto, which is a big no-no.
