Well, the US had a bit of a political reawakening last election (not just because of Obama) but Britain is still quite apathetic. Also we're quite boring. In the US curruption is buyng coke with taxpayer's money & then snorting it on hookers. In Britain it's claiming expenses for duck islands. Really.
