Topic: Quit the sin

I smoked for about 8 years and before a Tropical Storm hit, we went and grabbed the opportunity for some great surfing as we barely ever see over 5ft sets. Got out there and after about 45min I took a rip current out to get to the set and could barely paddle my way out of it and almost got sucked way too far out. Needless to say, I realised that it was really damaging my body and quit cold turkey. Wasn't easy and 3 years later I still have cravings sometimes, but It worked, heck that little incident could have killed me.

I was going to quit, but after seeing this thread I decided to go get me some unfiltered cigs they sell at this broken down, ghetto bodega type convenience store near me (and yes they are just tobacco cigarettes).
