Hello everybody, here we are going to discuss about something that's of great worth to every people, the natural ways to quit smoking.

It’s the idle minds that give place of entry for all evil things. Never ever keep your mind idle. Make it busy as you can. Engage in something, and try that engagement to be of something worth. Go to gym, exercise. Change your routine slowly, like finding time to go for a walk or for jogging, and slowly try to make it a routines process.

Pamper yourself, don’t allow yourself to rest for long time, get involved, engage yourself in something. If something from others is tempting or irritating you, don’t hesitate to tell others to stop such things in your presence.

Destroy your cigarettes, lighters and ashtrays. Make yourself ready with all defense mechanisms. Whatever happens, don’t let yourself to move away from your decision, the decision for something good, the decision that’s taken for a lifelong goodness.

I stopped smoking after ten years cold turkey. If you can't quit, than you are a big wuss. Yeah, it sucks hard for a month or two, and it was not my first try, but the agony of withdrawl was more than worth being smoke free. Again, if you want to quit, JUST DO IT, otherwise you have no balls.

and buy tablets from the site you are advertising also, thanks but no thanks, the natural way to quit smoking is via determination and will power, this is no more natural than patches or chewing gum or smoking tobacco for that matter considering it is a plant, albeit one that isn't good for you.

Never have liked smoking, but that's mainly just because I've gotan overly sensitive nose and don't dig the smell as all. Oddly enough, I love the smell of u smoked pipe tobacco. It's like manly potpurri.

Actually I was considering giving up in the New Year but this joker has made me reconsider. I'd rather face the consequences of smoking than playin that VB game Nice one Nanaki dude.
