I'm just hoping they continue the VC. With the apathy shown Wii VC (though it's been much better lately), it concerns me that releasing the next system would give them a chance to quietly drop VC with no fanfare. Don't know why they'd want to do that, because they are making money. Maybe just me being a worry wart.
Of course, my main thing is being able to transfer all my VC and what little WiiWare I have to the new system, so I don't have to keep the Wii hooked up to play them (still have GameCube hooked up for big screen Game Boy fun ). I already have a maze of Y-splitters behind my TV, and I imagine an electrician would faint if he saw the power strip fire hazard I have going on here!
GameCube, Saturn and Dreamcast support would be nice to see. Above all else, I want to see more VC Arcade games! Especially from Nintendo themselves (would be nice to see original Donkey Kong, then fast forward years later for Mario Kart Arcade!!!).
Another point I want to bring up is Project Cafe's backwards compatibility. Considering the game data is stored on the Wii instead of the disc itself, you might have to start over the game. For you out there planning on selling your Wii games, you shouldn't just in case.

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)

There's some games that won't allow it, I think the only two I have are Brawl and Monster Hunter.

Keep it PG-13-ish.
I'm hoping that on the first year of the new console, the VC starts getting 3 games a week again (just like 2007 for the Wii) to try to re-promote the service. I also hope the GameCube gets on the new console's VC if it's not BC with GameCube discs

1) That there IS a VC. 2) That we can transfer purchases from our Wiis 3) That they release atleast 1-2 VC games per week, it's not really like they starting to run out of material for the current consoles yet.
The addition of new systems is just a bonus. The Saturn seems like a quite good guess since it's the same gen as N64 that's already on VC, and Sega has a lot of games in there already.
All I want is Virtual Console Arcade, Nintendo GameCube and backwards compatibility with Wii titles. Maybe with some Super Nintendo Entertainment System and Nintendo 64. Ooh, plus Sega Dreamcast. Fin.
You can count the Saturn out. It can't be emulated. By anything.
Ever heard of [something you can Google yourself, sorry guys]? If a few unpaid nerds can build a Saturn emulator, I'm sure SEGA or Nintendo can manage to figure it out.

True, but even [something you can Google yourself, sorry guys] is pretty rough. I think it's less a question of if they can emulate the Saturn but rather if it would be worth the trouble.
I just want it to play GCN games instead of having to purchase and download them when I already own the disc.
If thats the case just keep your Wii when Project Cafe is released or pick up a Gamecube if you can find one if you dont have one already. Thats why I dont get rid of my old systems now especially if I have alot of games for that system.

I do hope Project Cafe takes care of all my Wii needs because I need to be able to put it away. Not out of lack of love or disrespect for Wii. With my TV, VCR/DVD, game systems and old cartridges (I have newer game discs on media shelf), I simply have NO MORE ROOM for this system without taking another one out. Nor do I have an available spot on my power strip! So, Wii's looking at being Odd Man Out since I use GameCube for Game Boy Player and I have to keep the friggin PS2 hooked up because my PS3 isn't backward compatible (BLEEPING Sony...).
Let's attack aggressively, kupo! :D

Than buy a bigger power strip . Seriously man I know what you mean one of the biggest pains I have with all my systems (I have a SNES, PS2, Xbox 360, Genesis, Wii, and a N64) is that I have to unplug one for the power strip and plug in the one I want to play at the moment and than I have to unhook one system from my TV and hook up the one I want to play to my TV. (My tv only has two jacks and one is in the back which is used by my Blu-ray player). Such a pain in the butt at times lol.

Shouldn't we take down all these Project Cafe boards? As silly as the official Wii U name is It seems redundant to keep refering to it as "cafe". If you want a Cafe go to starbucks.
