Actually, it's a little too early for the Rangers to be attacked by giant monsters...they don't have their powers yet...

"WAAAAAAAAIT A MINUTE, slow down here. We're seeing enemies from MARIO? Well, I always have enjoyed absurd dreams. I assume all our video game platforming practice has payed off and for whatever reason we'll be able to use it to kick this guy's butt. Am I right, or am I right?"

Does this work? My character thinks he's dreaming.

"Maybe, but there's six of them! And I'm not the greatest jumper! My jumping skills are all just 'Push A'!"

I think you should lay down the story skeleton a little more as you post. I can't really just keep posting stuff that doesn't belong in the story.

STARTS RUNNING

"Wait, DannyBoy!! Where's the other guy?! Hey, the monsters are gone...and there he is! Are you okay over there? Boy, I wish StarBoy was here to see this!"

StarBoy manages to catch up with the others

"I'm okay. Are you two alright?"

"Yeah, we're fine, but I didn't think Bowser's minions have gotten huge like that since Yoshi's Island. Hey, what were you saying your name was?"

"I think my wish might be about to come true..."

"My name is StarBoy91. Pleased to meet you. "

"Huh...my wish came true! It's really StarBoy! ...hey, it feels good to have an uncorrupted wish! I'm NP, and this is DannyBoyTheDude."

"SB, as in Starboy? The friend of Nintendo Life and all who reside there? Man, this dream is getting freakier by the second, but I sure am glad to see some familiar faces. Well, more like hear some familiar names. I think we just need to sit down for a second and figure this all out."

All the sudden, a familiar owl approaches...

"Wait...the owl from Mario 64? What's he doing here?"

"Hoot. Why hello there. I haven't seen you in these parts. Why don't you come to my nest for some tea?"

"Wait...why would an owl want to drink tea?"

Owl: Well, not the pudgy Italian plumber Egad was looking for, but they certainly do seem heroic...

"You mean Professor E. Gadd, creator of the Poltergust, FLUDD and the bean tea machine?"

"Why yes! Let me take you to him!" Xkhaoz the Owl takes NP, SB, Danny, and anyone else he forgot to E. Gadd's lab.

Meanwhile in Bowser's Castle
"WHAT?!?!"
"Kamek you fool!"
"I told you to destroy those three Rangers, and look what happened!"
"You let them escape!"
