It's hard to tell because they didn't release the shiny Hydreigon and Golurk last year. I manage to get a lot of Japanese event Pokemon from my friend though.

I've never gotten a Pokemon over Level 90 at this point. I once had an Infernape at Level 83, but that's when I wasn't as strategic and just used him to get through all of Platinum.

Why does Electabuzz only know 3 moves? And why two electric types with such similarly unvaried movesets?
