I see your going for a mix sweeper Dragonite, but Rain Dance is only good if you have another pokemon to back it up because Dragonite is not a fast pokemon, and with most water types having the Rain Dash abillty, like Kingdra, and most water types knowing ice beam, so your outta luck, even with that barry.
If you want to go mix sweeper Dragonite,try giving it Dragon Pulse or Dragon Tail, to get a type boost.
