So this debacle has come to an end. I got my money back today, don't know what happened to my order. According to Play Asia they sent it but I never received it, nor did my local post office so who knows what happened. All I can say is I will never ever do business with Play Asia again and will tell others not to as well.

@Tasuki I ordered Azran Legacies from them. All I did is give them my address and in a few moments, they sent me a tracking number. What this tracking number is is basically the number which I used from a website called singpost so that I pasted that number in there to see the progress of my package.
At first I was very scared because I never did online shopping in my entire life and this was my first time doing it. But in my experience, I love Play Asia because I got the packages smoothly and got a free phone case as well...although it doesn't fit my phone size. LOL!
as for the mixed reviews....honestly, I can't think of anything negative about them besides the long wait of physical products delivery.
As for your order.....have you by any chance communicated with them? if at all they sent it, how can you get a refund?
@Socar Yes I did call them and email them and as for the tracking number it only worked from the place to the airport. Once it got to the US nothing. I asked them about it they said check with my local post office which I did, and they didnt have it. Play Asia refused to refund my money so, I had to file a fraud charge with my bank and my bank refunded the money, which means they will go after Play Asia.
I know some people have had good experience with them, sadly I did not and will never do business with them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

@Tasuki Wait.....if you're from US, why go to Play Asia? While they do provide that convenience that its international, its best suited around Asia.
Well, in anycase, you'll miss out on quite a few exclusives that play asia has that other stores don't....like Fire Emblem cards......I want my Camilla card!
