I tried to animate this Beatnes by making him go left and right, but it doesn't look very good.
If you ever have time, Pixelman, could you possibly animate it? Here's the original pic.

@110: I d'know, maybe some time. You've got a good base though. Just make the animation smoother and it'll look great.

How exactly do you change the speed of animated gif files?

When you save it as a GIF, you can set the delay between frames in the "Delay between frames where unspecified" field.
