I was just idly half watching the Disney classic Bedknobs and Broomsticks on TV and I noticed something very familiar...
In the scene where they arrive at the Island of Naboombu - just after an appearance from the late Bruce Forsyth and before the legendary Bobbing Along song - there is a spinning island which is spookily similar to the intro of Pilotwings 64. So striking was the similarity that I had to upload a comparison to Youtube...
What do you reckon? It must be a coincidence but the two scenes are undeniable very similar!
Ha, interesting! Probably just be a nifty coincidence, but i wouldn't be surprised if one of the programmers thought of B&B scene when doing the PW64 intro.
