"We are talking about a movie that's so bad that lawyers are actually making reasonable arguments in court that their client's crime may be horrible but at least they didn't make Batman and Robin."
I think his newer videos are really hit-or-miss. I enjoyed most of the older ones I watched, but I've specifically avoided certain newer ones after hearing that some were really bad(case in point: A.I., Pearl Harbor). I know it's the generic complaint everyone says they have with the new episodes, but it's true: I feel like he makes gags drag on for too long, to make the reviews longer, and I think he doesn't even need to make his reviews that long. They should be 15-20 minutes, I think. That seems to be the sweet spot for these episodes. His Man of Steel review was fifty minutes long, which is ridiculous. It's supposed to be a review. I know it's not meant to be totally serious and follow a typical "sum up good/bad parts and make a recommendation on that" format, but in that case, fifty minutes... That's just way too long. Not to say he didn't have bad moments in older episodes, though.
I watch him sometimes, anyway. If he has a good review nowadays, I find myself REALLY enjoying it(and not just because I don't enjoy some of his other reviews). Cat In The Hat is his best review ever imo
I love his short reviews, like the Disneycember ones, as well as the Editorials. I think it's nice just hearing Doug talk about movies when he's so enthusiastic about them.

LOL @ Nostalgia Critic!!!!!
He's wrong. The lawyers are now using the defense "At least we didn't make The Last Airbender"

But ever since he started reviewing current-day bad movies (that we all know are in fact horrible), in addition to the other actors and skits, it just hasn't been the same. Its funnier when its something more obscure or vaguely remembered, if you ask me.
I'm a fan of the Nostalgia Critic and pretty much everyone else on TGWTG. I've invested hundreds of hours into all the reviewers on the site Also my current obsession is Baywatching with obscurus Lupa.

Some of his early videos were funny, but once every other video was him collaborating with some other random internet person, I stopped watching. I watched his videos because his rants about early 90s media were amusing, not because I want to watch him fake bicker with some kid who's apparently popular on youtube.
Same with AVGN, for the most part. Was a big fan of his videos, but then he started doing non-AVGN stuff, and I stopped watching. Even when he does do AVGN stuff, now, half of any given episode now is a stupid skit I don't care about. I liked when his videos were just him ranting about lousy NES games. That was perfect.
I've never been a huge fan of Yahtzee, particularly given his animus towards Nintendo, but at least Zero Punctuation never changed. It's still just the guy's voice and the stick figures.
I used to. But I stopped watching in recent years, probably because I got bored with the slow rate of new video uploads and don't care much for any 'storyline' related stuff.
I watch the Nostalgia Critic's reviews every now and then, and I find them hilarious (especially his Felix the Cat, Short Circuit, Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie, and The Last Airbender reviews among countless others)
I also watch video reviews from other That Guy With the Glasses members as well, like Linkara, Phelous, Film Brain, Obscurus Lupa, et al
