Topic: Normal Boots is BACK BABY!

Normal Boots, the collaboration site between JonTron, PenutButterGamer, Continue, The Completionist, and DYKG is back! Along with new contributers ProJared and Satchbag'sGoods!

The reason for it's return is due to avoiding YouTube's new controversial policies, as well as wanting to create content they were unable (?) to put on YouTube!
All of the content creators put up exclusive videos that will remain on the Normal Boots website until their next video, after which the current video will be uploaded to YouTube.

There is, however, a considerable amount of traffic currently and the video players are being updated due to issues with them, but once things settle down it should be a great new hub for great content.

So wait, if I wait long enough I can just watch everything on Youtube? Am I understanding that right?

Yeah. All (?) content will be uploaded on to YouTube. I'm unsure if every user is working it this way, but from how I understand it once the 2nd video is put on NormalBoots, the 1st will be uploaded to YouTube.

SO then what's the point of pointing on a separate site if it will eventually be on Youtube? I don't see the point.

I guess this is the reason DYKGaming hasn't put up a new video since December?

I think they were referring to all of that copyright stuff a lot of gamimg channels were getting hit with recently.

Though, I thought those were resloved, seeing as how I haven't heard anything about it in about a month. (that could be because a few of channels who were having problems left, though. I heard Classic Game Room left, for example)

I never really got to experience NormalBoots before it shut down, so this is good news! Good to see they're all back together, I really have been meaning to check out more Completionist and ContinueShow.

It is a real shame that several of my favorite youtubers (Classic Game Room for one) have made the switch to their own site because they don't feel safe posting their content on YouTube anymore. I don't blame them whatsoever and if I just had to blame something it would be YouTube itself.
EDIT: Well it seems like they are not being as drastic as CGR but still.

I'm just happy to have them back at all honestly.

More Jontron, PenutButterGamer and Continue? Sounds good to me.

I'd never heard of Satchbag before today, but I've really enjoyed the videos he has up. His calm, level-headed, more intellectual approach makes for a nice complement to some of Normal Boots wackier/sillier personalities.

@GamecubeMan It seems that Google are getting a bit too big for their boots lately, like forcing that Google+ rubbish upon everybody.
