Two Remasters of the 1st gen and 2nd gen gyms, wonderfully remixed in their format and to somehow beat the other gym themes! But only one will come out on top!
Will it be the FireRed gym on the GBA?

I vote Fire Red too. The instrument quality isn't quite as good as HG, but I lurve the song and think it's an excellently balanced, powerful, and faithful arrangement.

So without further ado, I announce the winner from your's truly's vote Since there was a stalemate. This Pokemon gym theme had what i was looking for a gym theme. It showed the will to win, it showed that this gym leader isn't gonna hand you over the gym badge easily, and it also showed drive with it's memorable melody impressive for what it was from it's GB and GBC counterparts!
Congratulations to Fire Red! A fitting tribute for the 20th Anniversary.
Thank you @Captain_Toad for putting this all together. It was a lot of fun and oddly intense, and provided a brilliant opportunity to reflect on the musical history of the series through the years.
