@SkywardLink98 You can try this website to reduce the file size. Try this
1) Shrink the gif as much as you can. Make sure it's still visible and not blurry.
If that doesn't work...
2) Optimize the gif, choose a small file size (it gives you a range of different gifs & file sizes when optimized), and then resize it as much as you can.

You can crop it and stuff, but when you resize a gif, you wanna make sure its initial file size is around 200KB to 250KB.
My regular gif was 920KB (1.04 MB). Resizing to 60x60 worked just fine for me. It reduced the file size to 62.2KB.

So, what exactly does a "glitchy avatar" means to?
As in, showing a glitch from a video game, or making the avatar image spasm and cough up rainbows while dividing by zero? :>
