There's a site I was recommended called 3dsplaza that is amazing. It offers the same things as this site except it has Instant chat (chat rooms) and a shop where you can buy backrounds for your home menu, games, and apps with "3ds points", which are a currency in the site that you can earn by breaking up fights in chat, providing useful info to other users, etc. It also has forums, a news section (which also has a status section, where you can type FaceBook-like statuses that others can comment on) Please keep in mind that the site runs much smoother on the 3DS and I DO NOT OWN THIS SITE.
