Topic: Nintendo Switch downloads stuck on pause

Has anyone had this problem with your Nintendo Switch downloads stuck on pause? There’s no option to resume download and I tried Nintendo website’s suggestion to update download progress but it doesn’t solve the problem. I have 4 software including the NES app on pause and I know I’m not offline because I can get onto the eshop with no problem.

You wouldn’t happen to be playing a game that connects to the internet, would you?

I have Mario Kart 8 in the system but I closed out of the game.
