Who agrees that Nintendo should make Nintendo Stores in every major city in the U.S? It would stock every Nintendo and 3rd party game that comes out on the systems!
Wii U online games:
Injustice Gods Among Us, Ninja Gaiden 3: Razors Edge, Assassin's Creed III, Tekken Tag Team Tournament 2 Wii U Edition and Trine 2: Directors Cut
3DS Online games:
Kid Icarus: Uprising
Tell me if you want to play :)

That would be a good place for streetpass, I've only streetpassed 2 people, and both are people I know.

I wish they would. I'm in WV and I don't want to drive hours to go to overly crowded New York to get to the only store in this country.

It's not like an apple or microsoft store where their is any tangible benefit to shopping their. They should branch out, but only to a few select cities.

I've been wishing they'd do this for a long time now. Those sleek stores give Apple a chance to display and sell their products on their own terms, and I think it would benefit Nintendo, who doesn't fare at that well with your local Gamestop clerks.

Branding. Part of that "marketing strategy" that everyone complains Nintendo doesn't do. Also far, far more effective than TV advertising.
Selling product is one of the least important functions of the Apple stores.
There's no way one would come to a city anywhere near me, so I don't really care. :3

At first, I actually sort of condemned the idea (as I thought this was going more Microsoft/Apple/Sony store competitors - one isn't even a gaming company, the other two aren't primarily gaming companies), but I realised that Nintendo stores spread wide and far would also be a great marketing/publicity strategy, even if it just worked out of the idle curiosity of passers-by. Let's be honest, Gamestops, HMV, Tescos and all the other places that may dabble into gaming electronic don't exactly get Nintendo products very good exposure. When I think Gamestop, I think more like PlayStationers. When I think HMV, I think movies and music. When I think Tescos, I think food and toiletries. I mean, really, it's a supermarket.
If this does happen, they'd better be ready to branch out big. Worldwide, even. I don't think they'd go thoroughly local though, since there wouldn't be much significance in that, and it'd take a crapload of work. It could probably be something as big as the Nintendo World store in N.Y., just in other major cities/states. At least one each in a hefty percentage of American states, one each in London, Glasgow, Cardiff (or Brecon) and Dublin, maybe (UK isn't that big, so it wouldn't be that bad), some in some other major European and Asian cities, etc. That's probably the best they could do.
I've been wanting them to do this for a few years. At least put one in L.A. and one in the middle of the country so I don't have to fly all the way to NY just to go to a Nintendo store.
