Has anyone ever had trouble ordering through store.nintendo.co.uk?
In the past week and a half I have ordered two different items on separate orders and on both times, both these orders have apparently been successfully delivered through myHermes delivery when I check on the track order option. But I have not received these items and the order says, they were delivered at times when I was actually at home.
I've sent two different messages about the orders on store Nintendo over 72 hours ago and still have had no response?
Anyone experienced problems on this site with orders?

Yes! I've had to wait a week for one amiibo (with no info sent by Nintendo), with my 'guaranteed Day One' copy of MK8 not even arriving! I canceled it and got it from another store instead!
Nintendo UK really needs to get their act together, the shop is awful.
I will update this when Half Life 3 arrives. [Started 17/11/2015]
