Stevie	You will get double the points that player earns each match if they are your captain so it is wise to pick a decent/consistent player, Drogba or Gerard should be your best bet although i would go with Gerrard personally. Then again don't take my advice, im bottom of the Nintendo Life league

Stevie	Oh well actually the new players for week 2 will be bottom but amongst Week 1 players I am bottom and i can't see me earning many points this week, I completely missed the fact that a few teams are not playing this week. Also i had Gerrard in my team as captain but changed him on Friday as he was still reported as injured and not playing on Sunday. If I had have stuck with him I would have earned more points

From 8pm (gmt) tonight though, you could keep a spare tab with your 'latest points' page and just refresh it now and again. Or, you could keep an eye on a score page like this one.
