Maybe. Guess my thoughts got jumbled, heh.

What I mean to say is judging by comments seen the OP's profile, this user is probably just an angry person all the time and possibly very young, so this jumble of words in the OP isn't a one-time thing that calming down will solve.

I never had email problems with nintendo or sony. Phoning both companies is definitely a lot easier (after you get off of hold), but I'm sure that the companies get enough emails to look through constantly and neither have enough staff to go through every one of them. Plus, most companies only answer the strongest complaints or helps first, leaving the simple ones on a waiting list.
