Hi! Today is Christmas in California, so Merry Christmas!
I just wanted to start a thread about being nice to newcomers, and also about not being mean to newcomers.

Question: Have you ever been dissed? Shut down? Ostracised? Cast out? Told what to do and made to feel like a doofus? Beaten with a bunch of socks that were stuffed into one long sock?
I know the feeling... and I think you know what I'm talking about. It sucks. Don't be mean to new NLife users!
Feel free to share your most embarrassing and/or humiliating experience like this. We won't tell anyone else about it.

I read it like he was feeling inadequate as a man so stuffing socks into a long sock then putting it down his pants made him feel reasonably better until depression kicked in
