Quite a funny question when my job is to make games.

Having said that, I did once complete every level of the game Lemmings when someone was paying me to do somethine else for them.

I tried to make my mum a cake but.....well it didn't go as planned so I gave her a card and some money to buy for herself. I'm really bad with gifts so I usually give money as a gift so I don't have to worry about it as much.
