Topic: Needs more Chocobo

Hey guys, I've discovered something pretty important. It's the first absolute truth I've seen in the gaming scene.

There is not a single game in existance where the application of additional Chocobo would not make the game better. Assuming the game doesn't already feature Chocobo, naturally.

For instance: Super Mario Galaxy 2 needs more Chocobo. This is true as it would add an awesome friendly rivalry element where Chocobo and Yoshi compete for Mario's affections.

Lumines needs more Chocobo. This is true because the Chocobo theme song is awesome and would suit Lumines gameplay perfectly.

Lord of the Rings (any of them) needs more Chocobo. This is true because Horses are way too weak to properly send the Wargs back to Mordor with their tails between their legs. Frodo and Sam wouldn't even need to go to mount Doom with a stable of chocobos on your side.

Harvest Moon needs more Chocobo. This is true because while you can get horses to ride, they can't very well help you out with the fishing and farming tasks. But Chocobo can.

See what I mean? Needs more Chocobo = truism.

There is an exception though, and that is if the Chocobo in question is the ugly one from FFXIII.

(TBH FFXIII isn't exactly the cutest chocobo around, but still cuter than a horse)

I'm gonna say... Gran Turismo 5.

That one is easy. Anyone who has played Chocobo Racer knows exactly how much awesome Chocobo adds to a racing game.

Plus, as Chocobo Dungeon on the Wii prooves, he's an expert navigator. I see Chocobo as being an elite unlockable in GT5.

I am not familiar with this game, but I assure that Chocobo would make it better.

Gran Turismo 5 is gonna be a photo realistic game, a driving simulator. How can it have a Chocobo when Chocobos do not exist in reality outside of Final Fantasy fiction?

Well you don't really accelerate cars by pressing a button on a dual shock gamepad, either, so there goes the realism angle.

Beyond that, real life needs more Chocobo, anyway, so the same can be said for real life simulators.

No, it's chocoboing. I'm not trying to piss off everyone, defeating your trolling argument. Instead I am just showing you how awesome Chocobo is, because he literally makes every game better.

Also, I love the rap de chocobo video, though I'd only seen the Japanese version.

Any Metroid game. It could have a Chocobo, but it would feel out of place and ruin the Metroid atmosphere.
