I have been especially playing swordfight, tabletennis, bowling and basketball and they all require me to swing my arm a lot and so it's starting to hurt a lot. Should I stop? Or am I developing sexy muscles?

Take a break, let your muscles heal, and come back in a day or two. Rinse, repeat, and your arm will get stronger so this becomes less of a problem! That's what I've been doing with my left arm (go lefties!), and it really works!

If this game requires a lot of movement, you probably want to warm up before you start playing. And it's also important that you take a break every now and then. Then again you may be moving your arm too hard and just pulled something.

If you're playing Wii Sports Resort to the point that you're in pain, you're overdoing it. Heck, I'm 38 years old and I have yet to play the game so much that I'm in pain. I've been climbing rocks all day too!

You could be stressing the ligaments, then. Maybe you should take a break for a few days and play something else and see if that doesn't help.

My Grandfather played the game and he has a metal hip and he had no problem with it.
