I prefer Club Nintendo because physical games count and there's physical rewards. I'm glad I was able to get a worthy send off gift from the service last year (the MK8 soundtrack).

@Undead_terror: How? Isn't 935 the max you can get initially (taking into account the -50 for the Coin box).

Well I got the email for coins, did a bunch of missions, and there is a brick box on the bottom right of the main page you can click on for coins!

@Undead_terror: Nintendo must like you, they haven't sent me a e-mail with coins yet.

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

@DefHalan: Well you gotta be a former Club Nintendo member to get it, and I was a bigger CN supporter with thousands of coins, so maybe that could be it as well.

@Undead_terror: Oh, that's where the brick box is. I heard about it but didn't notice there. Still the email seems to be NA exclusive so I'm a bit short.

What does the -50 coins means? Did I miss something?

@Undead_terror: I use to be a Club Nintendo Member, even made it to platinum a few times. I had to use a different e-mail because Nintendo Account was having issues with Yahoo. If that is why I don't get it, that sucks.

@Sticker: I believe it was during the tutorial. Everyone had to spend that 50

@NintyMan: That's because you need to redeem the code in the theme shop, not the eshop.

@Neko_Ichigofan Hope you don't mind, but I made this the official discussion for My Nintendo.

@Waluigi, nice to have a consolidated place to talk about it, thanks.

So this thing works surprisingly smoothly for a "Nintendo doing the Internet" deal. Had some hitches using Chrome, but other than that, My Nintendo has worked swimmingly with Miiverse, the eShop, Facebook, etc. — definitely a good sign for a more unified Nintendo platform.

That's odd. I was a huge club Nintendo member. But I didn't receive a email from Nintendo. Can you copy what the email says?
