Topic: More Pokemon VC and Diamond/Pearl remake?

Would you say there's a good chance Nintendo will bring Pokemon Gold and Silver and Ruby and Sapphire to virtual console as well as remaking Diamond and Pearl in the future? I hope Ruby and Sapphire will be brought to the VC for handheld instead of Wii U, otherwise it would be difficult to trade Pokemon with others.

It may happen in the future. Maybe in three or four years.

If you want Ruby and Sapphire on handheld, then you could get Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire on 3DS

I wouldn't be surprised if we see g/s/c release on the virtual console before Sun and Moon come out.

I suspect a Diamond and Pearl remake is likely on the 3DS' successor system. Gold and Silver on Virtual Console is probably coming within a few years or so.

A few years are too long to wait for Gen 2 on VC. Hopefully sooner than that!

GSC VC and DP remakes will probably be on the NX, there's not much need for them right now because you can still play DPPt and HGSS on the 3DS.

Yeah, probably closer to a year or maybe six months seems reasonable here.

Lol @ Reasonable. It'll probably end up being years anyway, they'll randomly forget or they'll just wait until those have their 20th birthday to do the release again as well.
