Topic: Metroid VS Halo

That's a little misleading. The multiplayer gaming is local only, the online stuff is just for trading Friend Vouchers.

@MickeyMac I can still find some new copies of Metroid Prime Trilogy nearby, despite it being discontinued.

Based of of once playing the first five minutes of the first Halo at a friend's house, Metroid hands down.

What I've played of Halo is just "meh". The music, gameplay, and story are all mediocre. It's not a bad game, I guess. it's just not worth the hype. Metroid (at least the Prime games) has a great story, and all the elements of the game are perfectly in sync with each other.

Pretty much exactly this, but with Halo 3 ODST.

I played MP3 and it was pretty good. Never played the multiplayer but Halo multiplayer is pretty fun.

Id have to say Metroid. I preffer the puzzle/exploration adveture feeling of it. Halo bored me.

Metroid has style. Halo does not.

Any of the Metroid's single player are soooo much better than Halo's single player, but I prefer Halo 3's multiplayer to Metroid's. I think all of the Metroid games are primarily single player games, and vice versa for Halo, so they're not really comparable

Errrr.Cheese and chalk spring to mind. There both good games but why compare two very different games is beyond me.Metroid is an excellent 1 player adventure game.Halo is a multiplayer focused FPS,which is very good at what it does,no matter what Nintendo fanboys say.
