Topic: Mario 25th Anniversary All-Stars Super Quiz!

I thought it would be cool and interesting to help celebrate Mario's 25th anniversary and the release of Super Mario All-Stars by having the community participate and submit quiz's or questions relating to any Mario game.
For now I thought we should just focus on Super Mario Bros, Super Mario Bros 2, Super Mario Bros Lost Levels, Super Mario Bros 3, and Super Mario World. And since I'm one of those few that likes useless tidbits or unique game knowledge, I though it would be cool to have each question be something every mario fan should know, but suprisingly doesn't.
I'm hoping we can all submit questions for eaach game, so below is where they will all be kept as they get added. I already did 10 questions for Super Mario World to help get it started.
There are only 2 rules.
1. No cheating by using teh internets!
2. You can play the actual game to help with the answer.
This super quiz is based on the honor system and I'm hoping mario fans are better than that.
Also, when the quiz is done or enough people got the answers, I would like to do another franchise or maybe add more Mario games like Mario 64, Yoshi's Island, New Super Mario Bros, or even Mario Galaxy.
