The story can be about anything as long as it stays within the 10 sentence limit and has an ending.

It doesn't say 10 word limit, just 10 sentences for the story...

It also doesn't say it's one sentence per user.

You know, I'm pretty sure the post says 10 sentences not 10 words, so I'm just going to give it a shot. Wait, should I count the first two sentences as part of the ten? Oh crap, I should really get moving, because this is my... fifth sentence I think? Or did the ellipses separate the sentence into two parts? I'll just guess it did, I never listened in English anyway. Anyway, now to start the actual story! Call me Ishma - wait, two sentences left?!? Okay, I'm done with this.

Wanted to see who would catch it.

Even thought the poster read the topic as 10 sentences, his mind processed it as 10 words. Once he realized his mistake, 3 options ran through his mind. The first was to back away slowly, disappear from the topic and watch as the post count goes up to bury his mistake. That would be impossible as it was on the first page where people look as the most (that and the latest page). The second was to delete or edit his original post but that would be the coward's way out and it was up online far too long for him to get away with it without anybody noticing.

The poster only option was to create a story that follows the guideline that the topic creator have laid out to redeem himself. He lies down on his bed think for 5 minutes before he thought of a 10-sentence story. As he opened back up his MacBook, the poster was shocked to discover that all the thoughts he had for the day were posted on different sites, texts, and emails, including the story he was about to post. At first the poster thought he simple forgot he wrote all the comments. But then he read a text to his girlfriend that made his heart race; it said “Call 911” and the message was timed to send 3 minutes later.
