As you can see by my avatar, I am particularly fond of the LT/MM shorts. In fact, other than King Of The Hill, they're the only thing I've been watching recently.
That said, I have made this thread for them. Feel free to post videos, pics, or just discuss them. Just don't AND I REPEAT DON'T get into any conversations about their competitors (e.g Disney). In a sec I'll post a short I just got through watching. Let the discussing begin.

Sorry about the Blue Ribbon. I hate the cursed things. Robert Clampett directed this short. Released in 1942.

I always like that French skunk that raped cats. Can't remember his name, though.

@TheFox - You mean Pepe Le Pew? He was a funny skunk. Romance skills he might need to work on (either that or take a bath). I always dug his accent.

Pepe le Pew was great. Bugs is the best though. His first official cartoon was released on my birthday.

Yep, Bugs Bunny is awesome. But not as awesome as Porky Pig, imo.

Bugs was the best, but the Road Runner cartoons are hysterical. You know who was under-rated? Droopy Dog (I think that was his name). His stuff was always great.

Looney Toons is my all time favorite cartoon show

I prefer Daffy Duck purely because of the two pro-america, anti-satanic-evil-baby-killer-nazi proganda shorts.
I know one was called "Scrap Happy Daffy" but I can't remember the other one apart from the fact he was in airplane at one point.

What the deuce are you talking about? Can you post a link to one of these?

Daffy Duck was in some cartoon shorts about doing your part for your country against the nazis. This one was encouraging viewers to donate scrap metal to various recycling programs i.e.Cans and bikes into guns and bullets.

I know it's not Looney Tunes, but Donald Duck had an anti-Nazi cartoon too.

I remember that one as well! It was called 'Der Fuhrer's Face' and Donald Duck was working in a Nazi munitions factory.

There were also a few highly racist shorts featuring Bugs taking on the Japanese released during the same time as well.

Droopy wasn't Looney Tunes, though. He's an MGM character.

Was anyone else surprised to see CN bring back Looney Tunes? I know I was (and glad).

Speaking of war propaganda shorts, anyone remember the one where Bugs Bunny sings about buying bonds?
Edit: Nevermind, found it. View at your own risk. This is the uncut version with the Al Jolson parody.

The day after the marathon. Far better than the crap they show nowadays.

@ Kid_A: Looney Tunes returned to CN about two weeks ago after the marathon on Sunday. For those who didn't know about (and, unfortunately, missed) the marathon, here's the old preview for it.
