Topic: LOOK! Apple Calls out Nintendo AND Sony!

Um Apple does limit what goes on the shop - for example, you actually won't find any "porn" there.

@Chucko, not sure what you're referring to there, I'm unaware of Apple doing any games development. They seem to be happy to provide the environment and take a cut off everyone else (a smaller cut than Nintendo or Sony, it's probably worth adding which is yet another draw for 3rd parties to iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch over DSi/PSP).

You got to it before me Sean lol. I don't think Apple has ever developed a game that I know of. Just put the hardware/ software for it.

@Sean They didn't have a a limit until a mom in Oklahoma made an uproar about the inopropriate content thats mostly free.

I don't know about the when, I only know about the reality today and that's what counts!

It's worth noting that even the "boob jiggle" apps aren't allowed, the only work around is by selling software that advertises itself as enabling the effect on any photo.

There have been some offensive apps removed, like the shaken baby app, but I'm pretty sure they've NEVER let porn on there, unless you consider things like "Sexy Poker" on WW porn.

Fun life fact that also applies on the internet: If you're going to criticize someone, you'll sound a lot smarter if your criticism is actually true.
