All I get now is Monster Hunter Tri ad, but if I click on it I get redirected to the index page of Facebook. >: (

Honestly, the ads are amusing, but not irritating, so I'll never use adblocker.

Let me explain - a lot of professional Websites rely on ad revenue to stay afloat. That revenue comes from page impressions. When someone who is using adblocker visits a page, his/ her visit is not recorded as a "impression" for the advertisers. Therefore they don't get any revenue.

For sites I like, I don't mind seeing an ad - in a way, it's supporting the company.

Yeah, the only ad I ever found irritating was the Best Buy one. THAT was annoying.

Just let it happen.

If you're blocking ads then you're not generating one cent of revenue for the site. :/

I know it's necessary for some sites, but NL does a good job of keeping the ads unobtrusive.

I get annoyed at some ads, but I never block them unless my browser already does it for me. As stated, sites generate revenue to stay afloat and not charge users. Anytime a site has begun to charge for content or split their user base with regular and premium, I've stopped visiting altogether.

What is the meaning of life? That's so easy, the answer is TETRIS.

Even though I've disabled AdBlock Plus on NL I still don't see any ads. I think it may be my region.

Then again, I do sometimes see ads when browsing NL on my Wii - but only sometimes. It's peculiar.
