If my memory serves me correctly, James Rolfe (creator of the Angry Video Game Nerd) has always been more into films than he has games, with pretensions of wanting to direct his own movies. Rolfe must have seen a chance to do that through the AVGN character he created and decided to take that chance. Ergo, the AVGN movie is a thing.
Moving on: Although I'm not sure it's you Retro, but I have been seeing a lot of thread topics which have titles that don't allude to anything about the discussion point of the thread. For future reference, it would be nice if you could at the very least hint at what is the discussion point within your thread titles. (Keep in mind that I may be hallucinating these imaginary thread.)
As for the trailer itself, I'm surprised. The cinematography seems very well-done and there are some pretty good jokes. Hopefully this will all come out to a great package.

I don't make threads very often at all, so maybe I'm just not good at it? Idk, thought B/W2 was pretty straight forward. Then again it's in the wrong section.
...I should stop making threads. Not to be a jerk but I don't think I've done misleading titles too often. Maybe once before. Whatever, good for future reference.

Dude, AVGN is more than a guy yelling at a screen. It's a guy that tells why a game is bad. Maybe exagerated, but that's the point of the AVGN. That, and the cheesy special effects he uses.
well i only seen a few of his vids i guess being in the US is why but idk i thought the trailer was funny and better then any actual comedy movies that come out now a days -_-
so i will look forward to this or any more info on it
