I've had good experience with PlayAsia, and eBay's always good. In fact, I bought a Japanese PS2 and a copy of the Japanese-release Hokuto no Ken (both new) from eBay. Both items work like a dream! As for the site you listed, I've never heard of it.
NCSX is one of the oldest sites around full stop. In fact I think they may be one of the first game shops on the internet and I'm impressed they still exist. I used to import Japanese Playstation games from them in the late 90s when I lived in the States. Their website is still crap, but I never had any problem with them.
I have a question. Is http://www.gamebaz.com/ a good site to use? I'm totally new to importing and they have some of the games I wanted but I don't know if they're any good.
They take PayPal, which I prefer for things like that so I don't have to worry about someone losing or misusing my credit card info. Their "about us" page is also pretty reassuring: http://www.gamebaz.com/?a=hlp&h=abt - overall pretty professional looking site (not that any fraudsters can't cook up a good one these days).
I'd say if you're going to use PayPal it's worth a try; be sure to let us know how you get on!
I've ordered 3 items from http://www.gamebaz.com/?a=hlp&h=abt now (not at the same time). They are great! Rhythm Tengoku came in good condition, the shipping was a bit slow but not bad for the cheapest shipping. I ordered Mother 3 and I recently got an e-mail telling me it shipped. And I ordered Mother 1+2 yesterday and today I received and e-mail telling me that it was in unusable condition and they sold out of it, but... they could substitute it with a complete preowned copy or a new copy of the better version (which is $10 more) for the same price. They answer e-mails quickly so I am very happy with this site.
and a few other import sellers, but the ones I just listed still have a very good collection of imports they are selling now. I thought listing them might help some of you in case you were wondering if any of them were legit, they are.
I've heard of NCSX, but have never purchased from them, they are a bit more expensive than Play Asia in my experience.
GameBaz, on the other hand, I've never heard of, but I'll probably check them out based on SuperPeach's experiences with them.
Hopefully this is helpful to some of you.
What is the meaning of life? That's so easy, the answer is TETRIS.
@sykotek Sometimes their stuff is over priced so look around a bit. They do have some awsome stuff. I like the fact that they have a lot games you can't get a playasia anymore.
This is kinda sorta related to importing, right? I'm gonna buy Swap Magic for my PS2, anyone know if this site is any good? http://www.techwizad.com

http://www.jlist.com - I haven't used it yet, but they seem to be pretty good, I've seem so many great reviews. If you can't find what your looking for, make a request and they find it for you. Beware, they also sell adult items and games, so reading descriptions is a good.
I love the bento selection, I want to buy the hello kitty and cinnamon roll bunny for my sisters, its so cute. o^_^o
I've never had any problems with Playasia.com. Just be aware that their cheapest shipping option can be sloooooooooooow. I've had things take 3-4 weeks to get from Hong Kong to mainland China, so I can't imagine how slow things would be to the US or Europe.
I am way too lazy to think of something clever. My Backloggery
Why are there so many sites dedicated to Japanese imports, or sites like NCSX that have Japanese and American products, but nobody offers easy access to EUROPEAN games? Sorry, but I like my games in a language I can understand. Outside of eBay (which is too widely variable in available content to be very helpful), I can't find much of anything that works.
My Backloggery Updated sporadically. Got my important online ID's on there, anyway. :P

Yeah, okay, so I placed the order. If all my money disappear overnight, I'll let you know. I used an account with next to no money left on it though, so it wouldn't be worth it for them to steal anything

Probably because traditionally there haven't been many games that have come out in Europe and haven't come out in the US and Japan. They're usually the one getting the short end of the stick, though that is changing. I guess there's always ebay.
