Topic: Is Nintendo toying with E3?

Nintendo acted like they were more like toying with the event hype at E3, almost seeming above the traditional structure to wow the audience and "win" E3 with the single conference. It looks like Nintendo seeks to play by their own drum, dancing around the E3 conference with a pre-press-conference event, and a blatant avoidance of the full potential they are holding back, most likely to be finished off at the 3DS event tonight. I mean seriously, Reggie told everyone to check out e3.nintendo.com as their main source to reference their reveals, rather than presenting it with anything flashy when they have the public's attention during the press-conference.

I like all the information that they are sharing, but they are presenting it in a very underwhelming manner. Information taken as is, I'm sold on the Wii U, but that's because I'm an invested Nintendo fan and have seen what they have to show. Why make the public dig?

I see them doing something big for 3DS since its the system that is currently out unlike the wii u

They showed all the stuff that will sale and at least the conference showed there still a games company unlike Microsoft.

speaking of which, game sales for 360 are going down. Gee, I wonder why?!

Actually game and console sales have never Bern higher and mutiplatform still do best on 360. What's changed is the amount of people gaming on xbox live is lower than the amount of people gaming. Honestly that's not a bad thing at all since most of these people still game but not as much as say watching espn or listening to last.fm

But they have seemed to not akniwledge gaming I mean compare their sizzle reels to nintendos.

Granted, I don't think that's actually the only reason why and it's still probably doing better than Wii right now.

I think thats due too overshiping during the holiday season be haze the article still States they have had the best selling. Console for the past 15 mo the at the time of print.

But yeah I. Not worried about the. Being fl used on. Entertainment at this point they have a lot of studios all working on mjtiple projects and e clusive third party stuff for next gen.

Microsoft doesn't really care about games. Its approach to the living room is "one box for all your entertainment."

And as such I really doubt Microsoft cares that game sales are going down.
