Whoops! It slipped by me. The shorts quote is from a random trainer in Pokemon Red / Blue. He says it right before entering battle with you for no reason. It's such a ridiculous quote, but it is the one line from that game that I won't ever forget, haha.
Resident Evil for the PS has the most classic quotes, including the afore mentioned "master of unlocking" line. but how about: "You were almost a Jill sandwich!" "What a mansion!"
And from Resident Evil 2: "That guy's a maniac! Why'd he bite me?"
