Topic: Ideas for a new title in either; existing franchise or a new IP?

Let's say you've just been hired/promoted by Nintendo. They see great potential in you and entrust you with creating either a new title in their existing franchise or an entirely new IP. What would you guys do?

First thing would be too revamp Kirby as a 3D platformer for Wii U.

Title: Kirby Next-Gen

Pitch: Join Kirby in first full Length Quest to save dreamland. On the EVE of the Dreamland Pie Parade King Dedede steals the the Infinite Pastry and uses it too separate the regions of Dreamland under his control. Yeah its chessy but its lighthearted and fun. The Plot would be told through cutscene's similar to brawl with subtitled speaking in the Kirby speak.

The Gameplay would take a Mario 64 approach with one main Overall Hub world from which you go to the other area's by use of warp star. The gameplay its self would be a mario- esque platformer while playing as normal Kirby and would change depending on what style power you are using. For example Sword Kirby would play more like Ninja gaiden in his fighting abilities. One thing I would also Bring back were the Power Combinations from Kirby 64. Take Wheel Kriby and fire kriby and you end up with Missile Kirby.

One of the biggest selling points would bet the Non linearity of the Game. Each Level would contain different coins and collectables and how to get to them would be up to you. For example Take the Water Level. You would normally have to go underwater and play through under the mountain to get to the otherside But come back later in the Game and you could use Wing Kirby to Fly to the Top of the mountain or Freeze the water with Ice kirby and then use a combination of spike/wheel kirby to trek up the Ice. I want this Game to follow one of Sakurai's main rules which the game is accessible to anyone playing but rewards mre experienced players who experiment with combinations.

One world I have in mind would use the Gyroscope of the Wii U to control the Planets Gravity. You shift the controller around to get a ticker on what direction the Gravity is and how strong it is depending on how angled the controller is and then when you jump and flick the controller it would change the affect if Gravity around kirby.
