I've never had sorbet. But I do love ice cream on occasions. What flavor of ice cream did you want to buy?

Ice cream all the way. Sorbet is tasty but it can never truly match a great mint chocolate chip ice cream.

Thank God I live in a tropical area, I feel sorry for you guys. Anyway, I like Ice cream better. Love its creamy texture melting away in my mouth, feels like magic. And Choco mint is the BEST flavor of all.

Sorbet and Sherbet are quite different. Sherbet contains milk fat while Sorbet does not. The easiest way to describe sorbet is by calling it a fancier version of Italian ice.
