Yeah, at first I thought the camera guy sounded like Kyle too, but it's definitely not his voice although it's exactly what his manner of speech is like. I'm really surprised how articulate the pissed-off guy was though -- if I were that mad about something, I probably wouldn't be able to string a sentence together.
I lived in Toronto for 6 years, and I can vouch that they definitely have a lot of crazy people. I used to give public tours and the most unbelievable people would show up asking crazy questions and then stalking me and stuff. Glad I don't live there any more.

While I don't agree with how he went about it, the man certainly had a right to be upset if a place of business closed under abnormal circumstances with no sign or anything. Wanting an explanation is perfectly normal. I wish he'd been more sensible about seeking one, but I also wish he'd have actually GOTTEN one.
Actually, he doesn't. A business has the right to close their doors whenever they want or refuse business to anyone, and that includes this guy, for obviously being such a dick.

I'm not him, of course. I've never even BEEN to Canada, and from the looks of the guy, he's at least twice my age.
@grenworthshero: He still has a right to be upset. I would never revoke someone's right to be upset just because a store has the right to refuse them service. He reacted badly, but he wasn't shut out for his behavior, so it wasn't his fault.
