There are a few psychological tricks you can use on girls. For instance, if you go up to her and introduce yourself, that acts as a mental trigger, and then she'll want to introduce herself. Conversation ensues from there, and if she finds you attractive, you make out.
You: "Hey, I'm [insert name here]." Girl: "Ohai, I'm [insert name here]" Girl: "I think you're attractive. Let's make out." You and girl proceed to make out
