On the actual gameplay non-dating aspect, its actual quite good for a free game, you can join parties with random users, join clans, have a friends and people you wish to block list, level up, get money buy new equipment, and there are TONS of areas to go and tons of monsters of different difficulties to battle, Id recommend joining a party with some random players first thing when you start so you can explore in a group to see how the game is and get the party member or members (your experience is divided with these guys tho...i.e. 12 experience while solo turns into 3 if you are with 4 people in a party) to train with you until you are a high enuf level to go solo easily.

Well, a search into free online dating via google showed me plentyoffish.com. It seems to have a decent sized base, so you should have some luck no matter where you live. I couldn't find any other free ones in my brief search, but there are sure to be others.
