If your mom doesn't know and you're unwilling to ask her for help, that's on you. Nintendo is doing what they feel is necessary to cover their butts by requiring minor users of their products to get adult/parental permission for certain things. If you've called them, they cannot legally do business with a minor, an adult must make all decisions with them for you. Get your mom to help.
