What are some games you have enjoyed that are humorous? What I initially meant by this was the games' writing/dialogue but will leave it open to the concepts of the games as well with Tomodachi Life coming to mind.
Games that I can think of off the top of my head are the Mario & Luigi series (I'm looking at you, Fawful!), Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective, and I think the Phoenix Wright games are quite funny as well.
Which games have you gotten a laugh out of? Feel free to share specific moments as well

EarthBound. I said it before anyone else! How it makes fun of typical rpg situations is just hillarious!

I got a kick out of this every time in Skyward Sword. It's the first few seconds of the video.
Link's reaction is hilarious!

Kid Icarus: Uprising is the first thing to come to mind especially when Viridi is involved.
Critics who treat adult as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up.

Wind Waker actually had some humorous moments. So did Child of Light, actually ("Sir Firefly, ignite your rear!"). However, Final Fantasy XIV's Hildibrand always has me laughing, and is quite possibly my favorite part of the game.

I thought DeadPool game was really funny, but also very crude and grotesque. It really depends on your type of humor.

He's yellow, he gets into a lot of slapstick shenanigans, and he cannot function in society without your help! Is he Homer Simpson? SpongeBob SquarePants? Or is he gaming's favorite pizza pie hero, giving everyone the grippe since 1980?
Tough, cool, confident—Pac-Man is none of these. But when he swallows a power pellet, he grows muscles, a cape, a nerve, and a double-deadly appetite! The scary becomes the scared, and the scaredy becomes the scarer.
But alas, Pac-Man cannot carry an unlimited supply of these spinach cans. This is where you come in. A grown family man cannot reasonably be expected to go out into the vast, uncaring world and stay out of harm's potentially lethal, humiliating way without the aid of a slingshot-weilding supervisor breathing down his neck from beyond the screen. Only you can divert Pac-Man from the general direction of certain comic doom, and it'll take prodding, pointing, and of course the occasional power pellet. Is our hero in capable hands? Or will he once again fall victim to the surly cat, the curmudgeonly farmer, the ill-placed pebble? The power is yours. Show the Pac-family it has nothing to worry about!

South Park: The Stick of Truth
The humour won't appeal to everyone but it's a funny game if you're a fan of the show.
The Simpsons: Hit & Run has some funny moments too.
