The problem is that at your age it can cause health problems that will affect you for years. Diabetes is a big risk for someone in your situation.

Out of curiosity, how much exercise do you get in?

Overweight + sedentary lifestyle = Danger!!!!

You might want to start some cardio. Jogging, bike ridding, anything. The longer you live with your weight the tougher it is to get rid of it.

But seriously, my brother has a major in Food Sciences and he took a class that basically told him the only real effective way to stay fit is to exercise regularly and eat healthy. Seriously, that's all there is to it.

Single servings 3 times a day and at least 90 minutes of aerobic (fast paced) exercise a week.

Try eating natural and relatively lowfat foods. Drink several cups of water a day. Snack on fruit and vegetables when you are hungry in between meals. And try cooking on a grill. Make delicious food with much less fat.

I often wonder.... How fat is too fat? I know I'm not as slim as I should be but I don't think I'm quite (Obese) yet.
The only exercise I get is walking around inside the house. Maybe I should get Wii fit.

You cant just get Wii Fit to lose weight. You need to eat well and do more stuff than yoga, and wiggling your hips around.

I'm 31 so the teen insecurity thing doesn't apply to me. You can't expect someone my age to look like a spring chicken. I'm bound to be a little hefty. I've seen people out in public soo fat it makes me sick. I don't think people are being revolted when they see me. I could stand to lose a few though.

Wii Fit is just an exercise game, people. Don't fake yourself that you're exercising if you only get Wii Fit. Get out there and DO SOME'IN'! Serious exercise, eating greens, less carbohydrates and lipids, plenty of water - that's the way to go. If you only get Wii Fit, you're only going to be spending more time gaming than really exercising.
