We're supposed to helping him, not making him more self-conscious.
“The revolution is not an apple that falls when it is ripe. You have to make it fall.” - "Some men are born mediocre, some men achieve mediocrity, and some men have mediocrity thrust upon them."
Read the post before I said that, and you will understand in context.
QUEEN OF SASS
It's like, I just love a cowboy
You know
I'm just like, I just, I know, it's bad
But I'm just like
Can I just like, hang off the back of your horse
And can you go a little faster?!
Did the Wii Fit tell you that Well, I'm 6"4, and I weight 205lbs, last time I check. and it called me Normal.
But exercise dosen't hurt, it can be fun. and also, never starve yourself, that will never help you.

Just don't sit around and do nothing all day. Get out and get some exercise. I have a friend who eats junk everyday, but he's looks sexier than me well maybe almost as sexy. Can't beat 4 tingles
It does sound like you are bigger than you "should" be.
Being overweight won't ruin your life but will make some things harder - especially as you get older. What makes this worse is that most people increase in size as they age instead of finding ways to slim down, so weighing 205 now puts you at risk of being severely overweight later (although that depends entirely on the choices you make). Dropping a little weight and making small changes to your eating and exercise habits now would have benefits for the rest of your life.
Do yourself a favor and invest in your future: find a hobby or activity that you enjoy and increases your activity level.
According to that BMI stuff I'm overwieght by 7 pounds (5'11", 185 around the same age, too) But where in the world did you here that mean sad garbage. Sure there are some mortaly obese people that regret being that...big, but just look at the most famous overwieght people in the world, Santa Claus and that fat Budda they're always laughing...That doesn't really help does it...Just play some sports kid and use your size to your advantage in some of them like I kind of do.

You're still quite young and you aren't severely overweight for your height so you aren't going to have any health problems yet. I'm the same height and I was 185 a couple years ago but I lost 20 pounds in about 8 months and the main change was my diet. I was going to the gym before that and was building muscle but it wasn't until I started watching what I was eating that I lost weight. I still eat chocolate and sweets now and again but I avoid doing this multiple times per day and I don't eat big portions of it. More recently I've cut out pop or anything else with fructose aka high fructose corn syrup because it's an instant fat builder. Once you hit your target weight you really don't have to work hard at all to maintain it you just need to eat manageable portions.
Don't let it get you down. I'm sure you wouldn't be asking if it didn't bother you at all.
