Topic: How often do you buy games?

What are your spending habits when it comes to games? In recent months I've been buying on average at least one new game per month (not necessarily "new", but a new game for my collection. In fact, I almost always buy used.)

So many AAA Wii titles coming out its laugh out loud hilarious!

i go on sprees followed by droughts, what i mean is ive bought 3 games this summer with my money, but i wont buy a game with my money for maybe another 5 months or so after this lol. However, i may break that rule after collecting gift cards from various people around xmas until i can afford a ps3 slim and not spend much money of my own on it AHAHAHA

I don't get games very often. But until next spring i'm going to get several games as soon as they come out. On average, I buy about one or two games a month

Not often, although I do usually buy DSiWare often because it's a good, cheap alternative. I don't have enough money to be buying new games in and out

Seriously! That's about how many I buy, and I've watched my collection of games grow huge in the past few years.

I buy used mostly unless it is a game from Nintendo.

That number also includes VC and Wiiware titles. Actually, now that i think about it, there is no constant # of games per month for me.

I do not buy games very often, despite being an huge fan of Nintendo. Were in a depression and I cannot afford to buy games every month. I'm not even sure if I'm even going to get an Slim PS3 (Which is likely.).

well this month i kinda went over board next month (september) i got 3 preorders to pick up Muramasa The Demonblade Mario & Luigi and KH 358/2 Days but other wise this month i've b ought the munchables the legend of zelda twlight princess and wii sports resort as well as some other gameboy games the one that corbie sent me as well and LOZ Links awakening DX version

Not very many, since new games can be expensive and I don't get to go to game shops that often. Though I tend to go overboard when I'm at game trading shops. One time I bought 6 games at once!

The recession has hit me hard where I live. So I bought a DSi, but decided to cut back on retail games for awhile.

However, I still spend about $10.00 a month on my VC and/or DSiware account per month. The last retail game I bought was Excitebots about 3 months ago, which was a disappointment. Europe and Australia aren't missing much.

My birthday and Christmas are coming up so (hopefully) I will be picking up Punch Out (Wii), Klonia, Boom Blox Party, Touchmaster 3, Little King's Story, Metroid Trilogy, and New Super Mario Bros. Wii Edition soon!

I like to buy WiiWare games used.

If I don't buy a game every month I go into withdrawl and I have to be taken to the hospital until someone gets me a new game

That sounds like it could become problematic...

As often as I can, i got a psp a couple weeks ago and have 6 games already.
