Alright, I'm baffled. I've gotten the e-mail and when I log in to the Club Nintendo site I can go to the reward announcement page...but nothing is clickable. How do I choose which gift I want? I also don't see any links about contacting club Nintendo with an e-mail or anything. Ideas?

Also, I'll have the Mario hat shipped to my house, so I can be absolutely sure it's received in good order. Actually, open up the email you were sent with the choices for prizes. There will be a link toward the top (above the pic of Doc) telling you to visit and claim your prize. From there you'll be offered the two prizes, and beneath each one is a link to pick it. Pick your prize, finalize your decision, and enter/confirm your shipping info. Let me know if you get stuck anywhere in the process, and try to tell me exactly where so I can help you figure it out. |

My username is xxxxx and my password is yyyyy Seriously though, I got the e-mail...I clicked on the link you noted telling me to visit and claim my prize...it takes me to the Club Nintendo page where I am logged in. This is what the page looks like for me:
