What a vague answer.

I know what a hooka is and I know what a dikkas for, but combined they seem like some unspeakable evil.

To repeat my explanation from another thread:-

according to the Encyclopedia Britannica "DIKKA, a term in Mahommedan architecture for the tribune raised upon columns, from which the Koran is recited and_the prayers intoned by the Imam of the mosque." Therefore a hookadikka is -

To my knowledge this is the only plausable explanation of what a Hookadikka is given thus-far, therefore that makes me No1 Hookadikka.
